OLIMAT SAS sells products across various categories (electronics, beauty, sport, home, etc.) via olimat.fr and the Amazon marketplace. Products are described with the utmost care. In the event of error or omission, OLIMAT SAS cannot be held liable.

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. OLIMAT SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before final confirmation of the order.
Customers place orders via olimat.fr or the Amazon platform. An order is finalised upon payment confirmation. OLIMAT SAS undertakes to confirm the order by email as promptly as possible.
OLIMAT SAS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud, or out-of-stock situation.
Payment is made via the methods available at the time of order (credit card, PayPal, or any other method accepted by the platform). All payments are secured.
In the event of non-payment or fraud, OLIMAT SAS reserves the right to pursue recovery by all legal means.
OLIMAT SAS undertakes to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, individual customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

OLIMAT SAS cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party or the customer. In any event, OLIMAT SAS's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
